UNDER 9's
Our under 9's were initially formed by the now club chairman Dave Leigh in May 2022 (then U6's) following a lack of local football opportunities for this age group.

In the summer of 2025, Tony Norcliffe was appointed as the new team manager to prepare the lions transition from 5 to 7 a side. Tony is born and bred Manchester and supports Manchester City, and no - not one of the glory hunters.
​​
Tony is supported by Fiona Murphy as his assistant coach who is also part of our Lionesses management team, who has a soft spot for David Beckham.
​
​​The U9's now currently play in the Ipswich and Suffolk Youth Football League at 7 a side.
