The current U10's were originally formed in May 2022, as Dave was looking for a team for his son, starting at U6's with players as young as 4 at the club, and many still with the squad today.

 

​A Newcastle United fan, Dave has football legends Kevin Keegan and Sir Bobby Robson as his footballing idols, with Diego Maradona, Jonathan Woodgate, and Sandro Tonali amongst his idols on the pitch. Dave wants his teams to pass the ball and show passion on the pitch - however, life skills, discipline, and being a team player is at the heart of his teams.

 

The U10's Lions are currently playing in the Ipswich & Suffolk Youth Football League.
